12b. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@mistertide.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank — most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly this way.

Credit-card charges from MisterTide will appear on your statement as MISTERTIDE.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
