Research Purchaser Policy

MisterTide sells research compounds strictly for legitimate, qualified laboratory research. This policy explains who may purchase, how orders are verified, and what happens if an order appears intended for a non-research purpose.

1. Who May Purchase

Products may only be purchased by qualified researchers, laboratories, companies, or institutions conducting legitimate scientific or laboratory research, and who are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research compounds in their jurisdiction.

2. Permitted Research Purposes

Products may be used only for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, or other legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified professionals under appropriate laboratory conditions.

4. Verification Requirements

At checkout, purchasers must provide their full legal name, organization/laboratory/ company/institution, an organization website or other verifiable business information, and their intended research purpose. Purchasers must also affirmatively certify that products are being purchased solely for legitimate, qualified laboratory research.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading organization or research-purpose information, or attempting to circumvent these verification requirements, is a violation of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

5. Manual Order Review

Orders may be flagged for manual review when they contain personal-use or consumer-style language, references to dosing, administration, treatment, weight loss, or healing, missing or questionable organization information, unusual quantities or purchasing patterns, repeated failed payment attempts, mismatched billing/shipping/customer information, or other signs that an order may not be for legitimate research use.

6. Right to Reject or Cancel Orders

MisterTide reserves the right to delay, review, reject, cancel, or refund any order that appears intended for personal, medical, human, animal, veterinary, or other nonresearch use, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Consequences of False Information

Providing false organization or research-purpose information may result in immediate order cancellation, refusal of future orders, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. Purchasers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.

8. Prohibition on Human, Animal, or Personal Use

All products sold by MisterTide are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, personal use, or medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use of any kind.
